The core personel at d20 has changed little since the company began 10 years ago and although different groups of people are responsible for specific areas within the business - from reception to accounts, specifying to logistics we all work as a team. The d20 management structure encourages personal involvement and development both within projects and in the company.

We function very much as a team and respect each other's professional opinions and enjoy a good working atmosphere at the office and on site. Our clients appreciate the level of involvement that we all give to each project.
